NEW YORK, March 1st, 2013 -- Chinese Association for Science and Business and Dragon Gate Investment Partners announced its “Made in NY” startup accelerator, CorpStarter™, and kicked off Startup World Cup North America, answering Mayor Bloomberg’s call to grow more startups in New York City.
Lijie Zhu, managing director of Dragon Gate Investment Partners hosted the conference.
Honored guest, including Ambassador Ji Chaozhu, former Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, Counselor Ye Dongbai and Consul Fu Kefei of Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in New York, Dr. Alan Paau, vice-provost of Cornell University, and Mr. Chen Sitan, a CPPCC member and Tai Chi world champion.
As a global startup accelerator, CorpStarter™ collaborates with Startup World Cup North America(SWC), which is recognized as the Academy Award of entrepreneurship, to introduce international financing opportunities and entrepreneurial experiences for local startups.
“2013 Startup World Cup North America ” organized by CorpStarter™ and CASB, is open to all United States based early-stage companies. All participants should download and fill out the application forms, and submit it by May1st.
